Two-Edged Sword

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand. Psalm 149:6

A two-edged sword cuts effectively both ways, both going in and coming out.
And so it is with The Sword of the Spirit(The Word of God) Eph. 6:17…it cuts both ways, as it is sown into our hearts and as it is coming out of our mouths.

A reminder that God’s Word is ALWAYS effective, it does NOT return void but accomplishes and prospers in the thing for which God has sent it. Isa.55:11

Hebrews 4:12 says “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

We will Proclaim the Praises of our God and declare His Life giving Word, this is where our Praise turns to warfare!!!
